The Clinic provides representation taxpayers within the community who are unable to afford representation. The determination of whether an individual is accepted as a client depends on the individual's financial situation, the elements of the controversy, and the workload of the Clinic. Individuals who seek to obtain representation from the Clinic must provide information relating to their financial status.

Taxpayers and other individuals interested in obtaining information concerning the services that the Clinic provides should contact the Clinic's Coordinator. The Clinic is open from 9:30 a.m. until 2:30 p.m., Monday - Friday throughout the year.
